Easy ALDI Fudge Brownies | How to Make Them Extra Fudgy

These ALDI double chocolate brownies are one of our favorite quick desserts. I use two boxes of ALDI brownie mix and a few simple tips to get soft, fudgy brownies without making them from scratch. The key is watching the baking time and letting the brownies cool before cutting them.

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes ALDI Specially Selected Double Chocolate Premium Brownie Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup water
  • Chocolate chips are already included in the mix
  • Light cooking spray or oil for the baking sheet

Instructions

Preheat the Oven

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat the oven to 325°F. Lightly grease or spray a 10 × 15-inch baking sheet.

2. Mix the Brownies

Pour both packages of brownie mix into a large mixing bowl. Add 2 eggs, ⅔ cup vegetable oil and ½ cup water.

Stir until everything is well combined and you have a smooth brownie batter.

3. Spread on the Baking Sheet

Pour the batter into the prepared 10 × 15-inch baking sheet and spread it evenly from edge to edge.

4. Bake

Bake at 325°F for about 34 minutes.

The key is not to overbake them. You want the brownies set but still soft and fudgy inside.

5. Cool Before Cutting

Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool for 10–15 minutes before cutting.

Cut into squares and enjoy!

🍫 Busy Parent Tip

The 34-minute bake time is the key to how I like these brownies. Using two boxes in a 10 × 15-inch baking sheet gives you a nice batch for the family, while pulling them out around 34 minutes helps keep the brownies soft and fudgy. Let them cool for 10–15 minutes before cutting so they have time to set.
